When I was doing a weekly video blog for NBC.com, I was honored and thrilled to try to “leverage” the visibility towards someone as inspiring as Drew Olanoff. I also worked with a corporate client to try to channel their resources towards Drew’s fight.
Unfortunately, neither was quite as effective as I wanted. I wish my efforts were more fruitful, but it is freakin’ THRILLING to see the “BlameDrewsCancer” message and Drew’s positive presence exploding across the cultural headspace (and into Drew Carey’s namespace).
